A full-suspension mountain bike made by GT Bicycles that uses a special rear suspension design called the i-Drive system.

It was created to solve a common problem in mountain biking: how to make suspension absorb bumps without wasting your pedaling energy. On many full-suspension bikes, pedaling causes the suspension to compress slightly — called pedal bob — which can make climbing feel inefficient. The i-Drive design separates pedaling forces from suspension movement using a floating bottom bracket linkage: The crank (where you pedal) is mounted on a small moving linkage. As the rear wheel moves over bumps, the suspension can work freely.Pedaling forces don’t interfere as much with the suspension.  Result: You get active suspension on rough terrain while still feeling efficient when pedaling uphill.GT i-Drive bikes were commonly built for: Trail riding All-mountain riding Enduro (some later models) Technical off-road terrain.
